St. Clair at Oakland | Tim Fuller Photography | Blog

St. Clair at Oakland

The basketball season is ending very soon, then it will be playoffs. I enjoy it, but spring can’t come fast enough. I am really looking forward to my busy schedule of photographing baseball, softball, and golf this spring. I also have some really big plans that I hope all work out.

Anyways, back to basketball for now. Last night I went to photograph the last home game for the Raiders’ men’s and women’s teams this season. They both won their games, and both were pretty intense games, especially the men’s game.

I got to the gym about 45 minuets early and immediately started shooting the women’s team warming up before the game.

The game started and it got exciting fast. Below #11 cuts while looking for a pass.

Oakland was on a very good run and the men’s team was having a good time watching.

The game ended and after the women’s game and before the men’s game they recognized the players that are graduating both on the men’s and women’s team.

After the ceremony I started shooting the men as they warmed up. Below one of the coaches watches the players before the game.

They announced the starting lineups and then the game started.

.

The first few minutes of the game was not going well for Oakland, but St. Clair was all pumped up and Oakland’s coach decided to put subs in.

About five minutes into the game there had already been 3 technical fouls.

Things cooled down a little bit, but it was still very intense for the rest of the game.

A St. Clair player flew into his own bench.

Towards the end, Oakland was playing very well but things were not going well for St. Clair.

This dunk was the last big play before the game ended.

That wraps it up for now.
