I was recently blessed to be able to work with the United States Air Force Academy’s athletic department as the Air Force Falcons football team was visiting Ann Arbor to go up against the Michigan Wolverines at Michigan Stadium.\u00a0 I arrived in Ann Arbor six and a half hours early so that I could meet up with some family and a friend while they were tailgating before the game.\u00a0 After a few hours of tailgating, I headed over to the stadium with about three hours to go before game time.\u00a0 Once I got there I met up with the staff from USAFA.\u00a0 They asked me to shoot some wide images that would capture the Big House.\u00a0 I told them that I would give them a little bit of everything and at the end of the day they said they were happy with what I provided.\u00a0 That is always a good thing to hear!<\/p>\n

After meeting with the USAFA staff I headed out to start taking some feature shots of the team warming up and preparing for the game.<\/p>\n

With a minute or so left in the game I headed to the Air Force side of the field and kept a close eye on the head coach Troy Calhoun, so that once the game was over I would be able to run and catch up with him before he shook hands with Michigan’s head coach Brady Hoke.<\/p>\n
