Recently I was able to cover the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement in Canton, OH. Going in to it I really did not know what to expect since I have never been to or even watched the Enshrinement on TV. Luckily though, I was able to shoot with a colleague, Charles LeClaire. The two of us arrived almost 6 hours before the event. This gave us time to make sure everything was working and time to get familiar with the surrounding area.
This weekend I had the opportunity to start off the 2012-2013 NFL season by photographing the Detroit Lions first and second day of training camp at their headquarters in Allen Park. I am really looking forward to this season for many reasons. First off, I hope the Lions will be able to go a little farther in the playoffs, and maybe even be able to host a home playoff game. I have also come to really like photographing football. I have never been a big fan of football but I am really starting to like photographing it. Here are some images from the two days spent at their training facility. Be sure to check back in about a week for more NFL images from next weekend.
Yesterday I was blessed to be able to photographer the Detroit Lions as they hosted the Minnesota Vikings. This was a must win game for the Lions to keep all hope a live for a chance at the playoffs. They came out strong and in the end it was up to the defense to make a HUGH stop, and they did! Be sure to check out more pictures here.
