I have been photographing professional sports for almost three years now. I have been blessed to be able to cover various baseball events, even including a World Series. However, I have never covered a regular season MLB game, that is until last night when the Chicago White Sox were in town taking on the Detroit Tigers at Comerica Park in downtown Detroit. Enjoy!

MLB: ALDS – Oakland Athletics at Detroit Tigers

Earlier this week I was blessed to be able to photograph game 4 of the ALDS. The Detroit Tigers were hosting the Oakland Athletics at Comerica Park for what turned out to be a very exciting game. Up next will be the ALCS.

2012 World Series: San Francisco Giants at Detroit Tigers

This past weekend I was blessed to be able to photograph the World Series. I had been covering the Tigers in the ALDS and ALCS and each round became busier and busier. So, with the World Series I was sure to arrive extra early to beat the traffic. It was also important to arrive early so that we could cover the interviews, press conferences, batting practices, etc. Once arriving there, I met up with my colleagues. I was working with a team of four other photographers and two on site editors. My job was to photograph the batters head on from right center field during the game.

This weekend I was blessed to be able to cover the American League Division Series. The Oakland Athletics were at Comerica Park going up against the Detroit Tigers. Recently, I was going through my pictures on my harddrive. I was trying to organized everything and clean it out a little. I realized that I never posted any of the pictures from a baseball tournament I had photographed a few months back. Since baseball is still in season with the World Series, I thought I might post a few photos from it.
