This weekend I had the opportunity to start off the 2012-2013 NFL season by photographing the Detroit Lions first and second day of training camp at their headquarters in Allen Park. I am really looking forward to this season for many reasons. First off, I hope the Lions will be able to go a little farther in the playoffs, and maybe even be able to host a home playoff game. I have also come to really like photographing football. I have never been a big fan of football but I am really starting to like photographing it. Here are some images from the two days spent at their training facility. Be sure to check back in about a week for more NFL images from next weekend.

Now that school has started back up I find myself shooting less and studying more. I don’t like it but just have to remind myself that it is for only 15 weeks. It also occurred to me that there are people in Nicaragua (and all over the world) that would love to go to college if only they could afford it. It made me realized that even though I dislike it so much, that I am truly blessed to be able to have this hardship of all the work and stress that college brings. Anyways, here is some recent work I was able to do, four basketball games in 30 hours.
This past week was a crazy one at that. Super busy but that is a good thing for sure. I started off on Black Friday shooting for Utah Valley University as they faced Oakland University. More of those pictures here. The last three games were for US Presswire. The 2nd game was the Nashville Predators at the Detroit Red Wings. More of those pictures here. The 3rd game I went to Eastern Michigan in Ypsilanti. EMU was hosting Michigan State University. More of those pictures here. And lastly I went back to Rochester, MI to photograph Tennessee at Oakland University. Turned out to be a great game! More of those pictures here. Also, be sure to click on “Read More” to see more!
